  2. Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering a binding contract in Kenya to use the Website or make a purchase.

  3. Products & Orders
    i. We supply home interiors, sanitaryware, granites and marbles. Availability of products is subject to stock.
    ii. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including errors in description or price, unavailable stock) without liability to you.
    iii. The contract between you and us is formed when we send you a confirmation email that the order has been accepted (“Order Confirmation”).

  4. Prices & Payment
    i. Prices shown on the Website are as quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES), inclusive/exclusive of tax as stated, but may change without notice.
    ii. Payment must be received in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
    iii. We accept the payment methods displayed on the Website.

  5. Delivery
    i. We will deliver to the address you provide at checkout.
    ii. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
    iii. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct and accessible. Any extra fees incurred for failed delivery attempts may be passed to you.

  6. Returns & Refunds

  7. Custom & Cut Materials
    For granites, marbles or other cut-to-size items: you acknowledge that such custom work may not be eligible for return or exchange unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.

    All content on the Website (text, designs, images, graphics, logos) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit such content without our prior written consent.
